A refund is permitted only in the same country of purchase. Our returns policy entitles you to a refund for any item that’s bought online, within 35 days for a full price item and within 14 days for a sale item with a valid receipt. For a refund, items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition. You will be refunded in the same method you originally used for all prepaid transactions.
To return your items under our refund policy, you can return the item/items free of charge to any of our Marks & Spencer stores in the region alternatively please call our contact center who will arrange a pick-up of your item/items from your residence for a fixed charge of KWD 1.(delivery T&C’s apply)
It’s in our customer’s best interests that the following products are not refunded for hygiene reasons: perishable items (food and drinks), earrings, beauty & branded beauty (including toiletries), duvets, pillows, mattress & pillow protectors, bra accessories, stick-on bras, other personal hygiene items including underwear and any products with a hygiene seal, where the seal is broken.
