Returns & Refunds

A refund is permitted only in the same country of purchase. Our returns policy entitles you to a refund for any item that’s bought online, within 35 days for a full price item and within 15 days for a sale item with a valid receipt. For a refund, items must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in re-saleable condition. You will be refunded in the same method you originally used for all prepaid transactions.

Note: Shipment charges are non-refundable if cancellation is requested after the order is out for delivery.

We are happy to offer exchanges or refunds under the following conditions:

Multi-pack items: All items in the pack must be returned together.

Promotions: Items can be returned individually, and refunds will be based on the promotional price paid.

Purchases with free items: If your original purchase included a free item, it must also be returned to process the refund/exchange.

>Women’s swimwear: Can be returned if the hygiene seals are intact.

Thermals (Men’s, Women’s, and Kids’): Can be returned if the product packaging is intact.

Bras: Can be returned if the packaging is intact.

To return your items under our refund policy, you can return the item/items free of charge to any of our Marks & Spencer stores in the region alternatively please call our contact center who will arrange a pick-up of your item/items from your residence for a fixed charge of OMR 3.(delivery T&C’s apply)

The following items are excluded from our returns policy:
The following products are not refunded/exchanged for our customer’s best interests & for hygiene reasons unless of a manufacturing defect. Gift cards, perishable items (food and drinks), food gift hampers, earrings, beauty & branded beauty (including toiletries), duvets, pillows, mattress & pillow protectors, bra accessories, stick-on bras, other personal hygiene items including Women’s and Men’s underwear and any products with a hygiene seal, where the seal is broken.

We offer you the option to return any items to select stores free of charge. These stores are:

Note: We cannot accept goodwill refunds for bra accessories, earrings for pierced ear, open bedding or face coverings.+

If you paid using your debit or credit card, your refund will be credited to the same card. This will take 4-5 working days depending on your bank or card issuer’s policy.

If you paid using Blue Wallet, your refund will immediately be credited back to the same Wallet.

If you paid using Blue Prepaid, you will receive the refund amount in a new Blue Prepaid eCard, which we’ll email to you including the card number and PIN.

Full-priced items may be returned within 35 days of purchase. Sale items may be returned within 14 days of purchase. All items to be returned must be unused. The original box or bag is not required, but the items must be securely packaged.

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. We’ll provide a refund for damaged/faulty items. To start the process, please visit any of our stores to return the item. If you want it collected from your home, please call Customer Service to arrange courier collection and get your refund process started.

The courier will make three attempts to pick up the items before considering the collection as unsuccessful. Please call Customer Service for a new schedule that’s within the return period for your item.
