Balcony bras
Also known as a balconette bra, this style features rounded cups and wide-set straps. It suits many body shapes but may not work for people with narrow frames
Plunge Bras
Great for creating cleaveage, plunge bras support your boobs from the centres of the cups. Suitable for all sizes and body shapes, and particularly good for people with narrow frames
Full Cup Bras
This style offers great support and good boob coverage. The most versatile bra style, which works for all body shapes and sizes
Common bra fit issues: solved
Are your bra straps digging in?
The primary role of your bra straps is to hold your cups in place, so adjust them to a comfortable length. Your underband should be providing support- if it isn't book in for a free bra fit
Is your bra digging in at the back?
Try a scooped- back bra style to help smooth skin
Are your boobs spilling over your cups?
Spilling out of the top of your bra means you are likely wearing a cup size too small. If you are spilling out of the sides and the top of your bra, you may need to go up two cup sizes
Is your underwire digging in at the side?
It's likely you need to reduce your underband size and increase your cup size
Do your boobs fall below the underwire at the front of your bra?
If you answered yes, your underband is too big and you need to increase your cup size
Does your bra feel too big in the cup?
You should probably be wearing a smaller cup size. Check the underband, too, as this may also need to be reduced
